One of the worst things that can happen on stage, is getting your set cut short. I had a show in Richmond on May 3rd and that's EXACTLY what happened man... The venue was behind schedule so they started cutting sets right before i went up and I just knew i was gonna get slashed too.
BUT theirs a good side to everything. I tore the house DOWN in the time I had, and just overall had a good ass time man. IT was a lot of acts in the building, but for the most part they were kinda on the same type of shit. Pussy,money,weed, you know the usual protocol. I was one of the last to go on so i was hype to be the one who changes the format. Got on stage and instantly grabbed the crowd. The crowd really looked refreshed. Almost like they were waiting on some shit like this. They were really giving the energy back to me.
I really had em goin Got into one song, then another, then another...about to hit number four and the fuckin DJ cut the session. FUCKIN BLOWN... But i felt some shit like that would happen.But on the bright side I shut it DOWN in the shortest set of the night and still gettin paid the same. So at the end of day It was a W. But next time, If a motherfucker cuts my set im seeing somebody. good night over all though.
